About Sands Construction Group
A Dacula, Georgia builder of decks, porches and sunrooms — grown by quality work and word of mouth.
Built right, and built to last.
Sands Construction Group is a Dacula, Georgia contractor led by owner Javier Arenas. The company started small and has grown through referrals — homeowners who were happy with the work and told their neighbors. Today we run four crews of our own — electricians, plumbers, roofers and painters — and build decks, porches, sunrooms and remodels across North Atlanta.
Having our own trades under one roof changes how a project runs. The framing, wiring, roofing and paint are scheduled together by people who work together, so there are fewer gaps, fewer surprises and one person to call. The quality was always there — what we're doing now is making sure homeowners across North Atlanta can find us.
We build wood and composite decks, covered and screened porches, enclosed patios and four-season sunrooms, and we repair and replace roofs and remodel basements. We speak English and Spanish, we're open Monday through Saturday, 24 hours, and every estimate is free.
