Yes. We visit your home, look at the space, talk through what you want and give you a free written estimate. There's no pressure and no obligation. First-time clients also get 5% off their project.

A screened porch keeps out bugs and sun but is open to the weather, so it's best for spring through fall. A four-season sunroom has insulated walls, floor and roof, energy-efficient windows and heating and cooling, so it's comfortable all year and counts as living space. We build both and can walk you through which fits your budget and how you'll use it.

Wood costs less up front and looks natural, but it needs regular cleaning, sealing or staining. Composite — Trex and similar brands — costs more initially but resists rot, insects and fading and needs only washing. If you plan to stay in the house a long time or hate yearly upkeep, composite usually wins; if budget is tight, a well-built wood deck is a great choice. We'll price both for you.

Yes. We run our own crews — electricians, plumbers, roofers and painters — so a sunroom, porch or basement project doesn't turn into several contractors you have to coordinate. One company, one schedule, one point of contact.

Yes. We start with an honest inspection of the structure — footings, framing, ledger and railings — and tell you whether a repair, a resurfacing or a rebuild makes sense. Replacing boards on a failing frame wastes your money, so we'll say so when that's the case.
